We had a wonderful time staying at the Apartment Helen Deluxe. Ivan and his family were very welcoming, and provide us with local information (good restaurants, boat trips, local bus services) including a map on arrival. The apartment is clean and tidy, in a good location close to a local supermarket and the beach. The lapad area in general is beautiful with good restaurants, nice beaches, water sports and good connections (buses/taxis) into the Old Town. The apartment has good facilities including an outdoor patio area, wifi, netflix, washing machine...etc...so you feel like your at home while away from home.

Spacious comfortable well equipped apartment. The location is a 10 minute stroll from Lapad beach and promenade and a 10 minute taxi ride to Pile gate in the Old Town. Host Ivan was really helpful and pleasant to deal with. He gave us a lot of good tips and information about the locality. Would have no hesitation recommending this apartment and would stay there again.

This is a 5 stars apartment. Sparking clean , new and a refreshing aroma scent in the apartment. Ivan was the best host ever , helpful, friendly and sincere. He was on hand during check in, gave great tips regarding places to go , eat and what to buy to bring home as gifts. I had some problems communicating with the locals while shopping for some Paska Sirana and local sheep cheese. Iva was so kind to send me a message in Croatian so that I can just showed it to them. The apartment is also located very near to a very beautiful coastal walk ( much nicer than the one in Split; Majan hill ). If you love the sea , you must have a drink or dine at the "The Cave Bar More"; the views are incredible. I visited the place 3 times. This is definitely the place to stay when in Dubrovnik. 1st class accommodation. Thank you Ivan for hosting us.

Polecam pobyt w apartamencie Ivana, kontakt z właścicielem bardzo dobry. Ivan był bardzo pomocny. Dobra lokalizacja, w pobliżu przystanek autobusowy, sklepy spożywcze, drogeria. Niedaleko bary, promenada. Stare miasto 30 min pieszo, autobusem 10 min. Polecam:))

Ivan’s apartment is in a great location if you want to be away from the busy old town. It is an easy walk to the beach and to a number of bars, restaurants and supermarkets. The bus stop into the old town was also only a 5-10min walk away. Ivan offered some great suggestions on what to do during our stay, we spent a great day Kayaking around Lokrum island and also did the 3 island boat trip which was a great day out. We also spent time walking around the coastline of Lapad and the the local forest. Coral beach club is well worth a visit if you like some chilled music whilst you sunbathe but beware the sun beds are expensive! The apartment has everything you could need and is very modern. 😊
