Very nice apartment and very clean, is located perfectly near the main entrance (pile gate). Ivan gave us excellent service. Breakfast from the menu is good.

Very tastefully furnished and equipped. Excellent location. Exceptional hospitality. Great having the restaurant below that is run by the same owner. We were made to feel like part of the family.

The breakfast was excellent and served at a perfect time for us. We felt spoiled - being the only people served in the restaurant at that time of day! Also, the bed was super comfy. The location was amazing - right in the heart of the walled city! Check in was a little tricky just because we could not find the address. (We were lost!) It would be great to tell guests that the room is right at the Paradise Restaurant. Our host, Ivan, was waiting for us, right on time, with keys in hand! He was great to work with and shared stories of his life - that was special for us.

Exceptional apartment! Spacious, spotless, modern and an easy walk to everything. Ivan was an amazing host, so helpful, generous and accomodating. We had a fabulous stay and would stay here again.

Wonderful location, comfortable and cleverly designed apartment. Ivan was an exceptional host. So friendly and welcoming. I would recommend to a friend and wouldn't stay anywhere else when I return to Dubrovnik.

Fantastic location, right in the heart of the old town. The apartment is beautiful, modern, spotlessly clean and comfortable - exactly what we were looking for! Breakfast is served every morning in the restaurant below which is also owned/ran by the host. Ivan is attentive and friendly, nothing was too much bother.

Quality of the property is outstanding. Location was great - very close to the city centre. Ivan the host was very friendly and attentive, checking regularly that we had everything we needed in the apartment.

The apartment is so brilliantly renovated. The bathroom is fabulous with a large shower with great water pressure. The kitchen is well thought out and has a large fridge freezer with a water cooler dispenser. Great sofa area and large flat screen TV. Lots of lighting options. Dual windows for flow of air and great AC also. Roomy bedroom and plenty of wardrobe space and plenty of hangers!! There isn't anything that wasn't thought of for a luxury stay in this apartment. Great breakfast offerings in the restaurant below which is also run by the host Ivan. And of course it goes without saying that Ivan and the guys in the restaurant are the most kind and welcoming hosts.

This gem of a place exceeded our expectations. The location is amazing, the apartment is spotlessly clean and decorated lovely. We had the best time. They arranged transfers for us and the driver was on time and lovely to chat to. Breakfast was a lovely addition. Thoroughly recommend!

O apartamento tem uma localização excelente, dentro da muralha e perto de restaurantes, bares e mercado. Dá para fazer tudo a pé. É amplo, com sala e 1 quarto, e super limpo. Um bom café da manhã é servido no restaurante embaixo do apartamento. A equipe foi muito atenciosa. Super recomendo!

We absolutely loved our little apartment and YES, it has sixteen steps to the door. Newly renovated, incredibly comfortable and in the perfect location. Our host Ivan and his staff in the restaurant below were amazing. Breakfast was simple but lovely and was included in our apartment price however we chose to dine at the restaurant several times as the food was incredible and we were amazed to be given an incredible discount off our bill totals... even when we had friends join us.

The apartment was clean and modern.. The bed was extremely comfortable. The position of the B&B right in the old town was fantastic. So close to restaurants, bars and all the tourist attractions.

The host is a very generous and friendly person, we like him very much. The flat is situated in the heart of the old town, it was very convenient , and it was also very clean, bright and comfortable. I highly recommend it. Will stay again if we come back to Dubrovnik. Thank you so much.

Accueil très sympathique. L'appartement est très bien situé ( dans les remparts ) , c'était propre , L'appartement est cosy , 2 télé avec possibilité de mettre Netflix ou prime vidéo le soir, Petit déjeuner du matin très bon .
