The villa is aesthetically stunning, and extremely clean, and the location is astonishingly beautiful. Proximity to nearby Dubrovnik, but also the peninsula with wine and oyster industries, and close to Montenegro and Bosnia, if you need to check those off your list (we did, but southern Croatia's beauty and charm is hard to beat).

The property is an absolute gem. We stayed for 7 nights and liked it that much we did book already for next year for 3 weeks. We were welcomed by Ivan who explained us everything. I am frequent Traveller so assistance and support is usually not required. However, he knows all about the region, boat services and so on. True perfectionist, super responsive (WhatsApp) and with an open warm heart. The house is located slightly up a hill. True privacy and 5* star setting. From the terrace and as well from the pool you can overview the sea. The pool has massage tubes and a fountain that can be activated via buttons from within the pool. Outside shower available. Yes, there are wasps in the summertime at the pool. However you are in the nature and is kind of expected. Our kids 8 and 13 did not have any issue or got stung. House is best for 4 people, but 6 sleeps (2 on a sleeping sofa) are available. The house is inside rather small but every centimetre has been used with super efficient. The bbq place outside is great, fully equipped kitchen plus oven. All kitchen tools, plates available. Aircondition in each room. Upon our arrival charcoal, insect repellent and many other items where there for our use. The house is around 14 km away from Dubrovnik, a car is recommended. There is a beach not far away, can walk but I would recommend a car also here. We travel a lot and have stayed in numerous houses, apartments and hotels. For this one I can recommend on highest terms.

We are a family of four & we chose Mariva for the style, view & pool It didn’t disappoint! The outside areas were really well designed & the cooking area came in really handy, as did the outside shower! We walked to the beautiful marina twice & although it’s 180 steps it’s worth the effort & only took around 20 mins. A car is a definite must, there is so much to see and do that is if you can tear yourself away from this superb pad!! Ivan & the team we’re really helpful & accommodating, we all felt truly relaxed after 7 days here & blessed we were able to enjoy our summer holiday after all the pandemic problems. 5 star Villa 5 Star country 5 star people

Die Lage ist ein Traum. Meerblick, Top Ausstattung, großer Pool, fantastischer Außengrill mit reichlich Kohle und Platz, schöne Terrasse, gemütliche Sitzkissen und Liegen, und alles in absoluter Ruhe.

Fantastyczne miejsce, willa położona na wzgórzu, z pięknym widokiem na morze, widok z okien sypialni, z tarasu, z basenu, z dobrze zagospodarowaną przestrzenią :-) !, z dużym basenem, z ogrodem, zielono i czysto, cisza i spokój. Wyposażanie i infrastruktura na najwyższym poziomie, dosłownie niczego nie brakowało, były kable do ładowania i kart do gry :-) ! Od Dubrownika 25 km, więc lokalizacja w sam raz dla osób, które chcą się zrelaksować a jednocześnie być blisko do pięknego miasta. Dobry i przyjazny kontakt z Gospodarzem, który posłużył radami i mapą, co warto zobaczyć i zwiedzić.

Absolut alles. Ein sehr sehr freundlicher Gastgeber, er gibt eine Menge Tips für die Umgebung sowie organisiert auch tolle Boot-Trips. Das Haus liegt ruhig und drum herum gibt es sehr schöne Strände wie Restaurants. Man kann sich sehr gut erholten, den das Haus bietet alles was man braucht. Die Küche ist mit allem ausgestattet, sowie Kaffee und Obst sowie Gewürze werden vom Vermieter für umsonst angeboten. Das Haus hat einen großen Aussengrill wie einen großen Wunderschönen Pool.
